Julie Cordova earned a Master’s in Liberal Studies in Arts and Culture with a Creative Writing Specialty, a BA in Communications with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies as well as an undergraduate level Writing Certificate all at the University of Denver.

Her writing focuses on triumph after tragedy but some of it she hopes is just darn right fun. Her coaching takes on the same focus: there is no tragedy too great to overcome, human endurance has proved this time and time again.

She believes when a person is empowered with the freedom to create and participate in the creation of art, he or she is an unstoppable force and unrelenting resource in the development of a strong community and a strong family.

She happily shares her life with her husband of over thirty-years, Phil. The couple enjoys spending as much time as they can with their growing family, extended family, and friends.

Julie does her best to live by the mantra: never let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.
